
VA Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) Next Generation (T4NG/T4NG2)
The VA Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) Next Generation is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle used by the Department of Veterans Affairs to procure a broad range of IT and health IT services. The vehicle supports VA’s effort to modernize IT infrastructure and aging software systems to improve services to Veterans. It covers program management, systems engineering, cybersecurity, network management, product development, and operations and maintenance. The successor, T4NG2, is planned for execution in early 2026. Technatomy holds seats at both T4NG and T4NG2 as a prime.
Task orders typically fall between $1M and $1B in value with common scopes including enterprise data management, low code and no code systems integration services, IT systems development, DevSecOps implementations, legacy modernization, desktop/network support, and other IT services with performance periods of 3-5 years. The contract vehicle supports notable enterprise programs such as Electronic Health Record, Human Capital Management systems, Veterans Benefits Systems, and various enterprise wide IT transformation initiatives such as implementation of PACT Act and MISSION Act.
