U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)

The RS3 program is a Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle which has replaced five expired/expiring IDIQ contracts, providing support services for programs with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).  RS3 fulfills the void providing Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and other customers one contract vehicle offering streamlined processes and fulfills requirements for programs with C4ISR-related needs.

RS3 C4ISR-related requirements include Engineering; Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation; Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning and Education and Training.  Customers may include various Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) customers, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, and other federal agencies with C4ISR related requirements.
