Technatomy Corporation employs industry best practices to assure our customers that our solution delivery meets or exceeds expectation. Controlling deliverable quality through use of repeatable, measurable, and continuously improving processes solidifies project schedules and lowers costs.

Technatomy has adopted the following Quality Assurance (QA) standards:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certified since December 2005
  • ISO 20000-1:2011 Information Technology Service Management System (ITSMS) Certified since November 2011
  • ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Certified since March 2014
  • Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (SEI CMMI®-Dev), at Maturity Level 3 corporate-wide, and at Maturity Level 4 for its Health IT Software Development programs. Appraised at Level 3 since June 2007 (Level 4 for Health IT Software Development since June 2017)

Our associates are certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) Foundation practices, AGILE Software Development methodology, and as Program Management Institute’s Project Management Professionals (PMPs).

Our consolidated QMS establishes policies for conducting operations in accordance with the ISO/CMMI frameworks. It offers a systematic approach to project management by identifying the interrelated processes necessary to affect consistent outcomes.

The QMS consists of documented business processes and associated forms, report templates, and work instructions that are adaptable and help guide the project manager to success. Management provides the necessary resources to support the QMS and oversight of the QMS is provided through a rigorous internal and external project and process audit program and semi-annual or as required management review meetings.
