Fairfax, VA – Technatomy Corporation, a leader in federal government systems integration for mission critical digital transformation initiatives, is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Lee as the firm’s Vice President of Federal Civilian Agency Solution Delivery.

Mr. Lee joins Technatomy as the firm continues its growth in federal Health IT and other federal IT modernization business solutions.

Prior to joining Technatomy, Mr. Lee served as the MITRE Corporation Portfolio Director for the Center for Veterans Enterprise Transformation (CVET) where he was responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of strategic outcomes in support of advancing the mission of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to joining MITRE, he served 14 years in the federal government (10 years in the Senior Executive Service) leading and delivering IT modernization in support of business transformation for the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, and U.S. Census Bureau. He served as the Director of Enterprise Solutions for the U.S. Department of the Treasury and worked with its 13 bureaus to leverage enterprise shared services. Mr. Lee served as the Director of Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering at the Internal Revenue Service and was responsible for IT infrastructure modernization. He also served as the first Chief Engineer for the IRS. Mr. Lee then served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer, U.S. Census Bureau and acted as the Assistant Director for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He was responsible for all IT services, modernization and optimization, security, and federal compliance. He championed the bureaus enterprise shared services and business process standardization initiatives.
Prior to joining the federal government, Mr. Lee had a successful career in the private sector with a focus on IT management and business leadership, including building and selling several technology companies.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelors degree in Operations Analysis from the U.S. Naval Academy, and a Masters degree in Technology of Management from The American University. He was commissioned as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer upon graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy.
