Digital Services and Solutions for Efficient and Automated Government Processes

Robotic Process Automation

To add value to Digital Process Automation, we further integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to address simple, repeatable, clerical-type processes within the automated workflow chain. These code-free, business-user-friendly, non-disruptive software "robots" focus on automating manual, time-consuming tasks such as data validation or data migration between multiple applications.

As a systems integrator, we enhance the Digital and Robotic Process Automation capabilities by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Internet of Things (IoT) capability. These data-driven technologies enable the software “robots” and the digital process workflow to learn and intelligently make cognitive decisions based on data patterns and real-world situational awareness.
